What would you expect when you come into The Piano & Music House? Shall I start with friendlier service, bigger smiles? I don’t need to do that: people that have dealt with us in the past often compliment us on that. We endeavour to be better than mere salesmen by having a knowledgeable person serve you. Pianos are our speciality, so we give the best advice to a prospective buyer. We also provide good after-sales-service as we do all our own repairs. We provide a FREE tuning three weeks to a month after purchasing your piano. This ensures your satisfaction whilst we are satisfied that the instrument is in good working order with regards to the guarantee. We prefer to do our own deliveries to ensure that the instruments are handled correctly and you, our customer, will receive a non-defective product. GUARANTEE: We provide a free delivery service for pianos purchased within the Peninsula and surrounding areas. Our sold pianos have a 5-year guarantee on the pin block and frame and 1-year on the mechanism. In the case of a very new piano, there is a 5-year guarantee on the mechanism, provided the new owner has the piano tuned annually. Our prices are very competitive judging by the remarks made by customers in our shop. Pianos on our showroom floor have been repaired or fully reconditioned. Most of the cabinets have been refurbished by our workshop to ensure that you have a functional instrument that is pleasing to the eye. We also import and sell a budget range of wind instruments, as well as import piano accordions and concertinas under the Conductor brand. We try to provide mainly acoustic instruments and accessories. Second-hand musical instruments that are in a good condition are not readily available, although we do try to stock them. Items that we stock are serviced before sale. |
